How do I add a student?

Open the app, go to the Family tab, and tap “+ Add a student.” Your plan determines how many students you can add. You'll set their grade, interests, school, and target colleges — it takes about two minutes.

How do reminders work?

NoSweats puts every application deadline on your calendar and sends reminders by push notification, text message, and phone call (depending on your plan) before each deadline. Turn any channel on or off in the Family → Alerts settings.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. To change or cancel:

  1. Open the iPhone Settings app.
  2. Tap your name → Subscriptions.
  3. Select NoSweats and choose Cancel Subscription or change your plan.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then.

How do I redeem an access code?

Tap “Have an access code?” on the paywall or on the Family screen (or enter it when creating your account), type the code, and tap Redeem. Your plan upgrades instantly — no payment needed.

How do I delete a student or my account and data?

To remove a single student, open the Family tab and delete that profile. To delete your entire account and all associated data, email support@nosweats.app from your account email with the subject “Delete my account,” and we'll permanently remove it within 30 days. A program's details look out of date. What do I do?

Program information is researched and refreshed regularly, but details and deadlines can change. Always confirm important dates on the official program website (linked in each program's detail page). If something looks wrong, let us know and we'll re-verify it.

I'm not getting push notifications.

Make sure notifications are allowed for NoSweats in Settings → NoSweats → Notifications, and that you're signed in. Push works on a real device (not simulators). Deadline and agent reminders arrive automatically once enabled.

Is my family's information private?

Yes. We don't sell your data, we don't use ad networks or advertising identifiers, and parents control their students' profiles. Read the full Privacy Policy.
